ARCHITECTURE
LANDSCAPE
We combine a wealth of experience with a specialised knowledge and passion for landscape architecture. We approach each design with an integrated approach to architecture and landscape. Our enthusiasm for landscape design enriches our work and results in high quality design outcomes.
INTERIORS
We believe the role of interior architecture should always complement the building architecture. Our interior work covers a broad range of disciplines from bespoke residential joinery detailing and furniture selection; to large scale public dining and recreation spaces and commercial hotel fit outs.
DESIGN
Walter Barda’s unique and expressive designs develop through hand sketches and drawing explorations. They are then developed and explored through sophisticated BIM modelling software, allowing each architectural vision to evolve.
DOCUMENTATION
Planning Application documentation followed by further detailed technical drawings and specifications for Tendering and Construction. BIM modelling software is utilised in all our documentation to deliver efficient and high quality design outcomes.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Professional architectural service is offered including tender negotiations and selections. Once a builder is selected we offer contract administration services to assess the quality of the building work and act as superintendent for the building contract.
